Ben Jones, Owner (6'4" tall)

I'm Ben Jones, founder of Longtiestore.com. I started the company in 2011 to give tall men a place to find extra long ties all in one place. I'm 6'4" and have struggled to find extra long ties for all of my adult life. Shortly after completing my MBA in marketing I decided to pursue my lifelong love of entrepreneurship and chase this opportunity.  It has been a wild ride of marketing, web design, product sourcing, fashion tracking, accounting, and a host of other business adventures. Happy customers are much more important to us than saving a few bucks. We aim to not only provide the best customer service of any online tie retailer, but of any establishment anywhere. Our customer service heroes include Zappos, Nordstrom, and Southwest Airlines.

Simplicity

We sell one product for one price and never charge for shipping. If you are also looking for shirts, suits, socks, and other items, we are happy to recommend some great retailers, but we will always maintain our focus on extra long ties. Also, if you like to pay for shipping or struggle to find what you need, we will refer you elsewhere. We know that solid businesses are built by giving customers what they are looking for, plus a little more than they expected.
